With over 20 years of experience in the clinical research "trenches"—ranging from frontline monitoring as a Sr. CRA to overseeing complex Global Clinical Trials as a Clinical Trial Lead and Clinical Trial Manager—I have seen firsthand where legacy processes break down. My career has spanned all Phases (I–IV) of drug development, providing me with a 360-degree view of the industry’s most persistent bottlenecks.
This deep operational history serves as the backbone of Glias AI. I didn't build this platform as a tech outsider; I built it as a seasoned practitioner to solve the real-world challenges that slow down life-saving science.
My mission is to bridge the gap between veteran clinical intuition and next-generation efficiency, ensuring that the future of pharmaceutical research is both high-velocity and inherently Human-Centric.
